Does this forum have any techs that monitor on here?

I have another brand besides a Garrett, and wonder if any Techs monitor this forum. On the forum for my other detector there are at least 2 techs that monitor there forum.It is useless to post a problem and try t find a solution if you never get feedback.
 
That is why I posted this. I have and got No replys. Between this jacked up Ace 350 and this forum I am about to give up on Garrett.
 
We don't have the luxury of that. The forum makes do with the user knowledge.
 
In some of the other threads you have been advised to contact Garrett, check the coil connections, change the batteries and so on. It is my understanding this is a users forum and not owned or operated by Garrett and as such they wouldn't be paying to have tech's on staff. Especially not a free member forum. Suggest you contact Garrett, send the Ace 350 to them, and let them fix it. Good luck.
 
OK You are right Sorry for taking my frustrations out in here. I have done everything But send the Ace in so I have boxed it up and as soon as I can ,Off it goes to Garrett. Hope everyone has a great day and Happy Hunting
