I have a brother-in-law who has mental problems.

People who are around him occasionally for short periods of time often find him amusing, a character if you will.

My wife's family members who have to deal with him regularly don't find him amusing at all.

When Chuckie started posting his wacky ramblings were kind of entertaining in a crazy kind of way.

But it gets old really quickly, especially when you get the feeling with his insanity and insults that he's just messing with us and trying to bait people into arguments.
