does the ace 350 need ground balanced ?

Im being told that I need to ground balance my ace 350....then Im reading that the ace 350 is already ground balanced at the factory ?
Has anyone ground balanced their ace 350 ? I read the manuel and didnt see anything ?

You can't ground balance the ACE Series. They come prebalanced to work in most places. You get a small amount of depth loss hunting wet saltwater sand. For best performance under these conditions, you have to decrease the sensitivity and/or add more discrimination

so perhaps the reason I did so lowsy hunting recently was because my sensitivity was at 5-6 and it was very wet ?
