Does every state or county have an assessor's web site?

:detecting::detecting:Does every state or county have an assessor's web site? I click on a lot on the map and it tell me everything about that property. I go to the web site when I am driving around and I see a place ready for demo. I find out the year the house was built and the owner's address.:detecting::detecting:

We have tried to do the same but the web site is so slow in updating that before we can find the CURRENT owner it is too late. Very frustrating. If there is a sign on the jproperty with a number we do pretty good with that. HH
