Does anyone know for sure whether or not all Sovereign lower rods are interchangable?

In other words, can I use a lower rod from an older Sovereign, with my GT upper rod?

don't know for sure but i fell last year while relic hunting and broke the lower rod. another hunter let me borrow the lower rod off his sovereign for the rest of the weekend. when i got home i took the one off my musky and it fit fine.
 
Thanks for the info Chuck. I'm thinking that they would probably interchange but wanted to make sure just in case someone offered to sell me one. I'd hate to waste money on the wrong rod.

The Advantage will work I know as it is the same part number and the XS2, the XS2a and the Elite are the same as the GT, not 100% sure on the XS, but the original is different as the push pins are on the side of the shaft and not the bottom.

I was trying to remember how the push pins were situated on the XS that I used to have. Thanks for the refresher Rick. I Think i've got a good idea of what to look fo now.
