I got the 10.5 DD coil against advice I was given here. I should have listened, but being the stubborn person I am I just had to get it to try myself. The reason why it is not beneficial to me is because of my ground conditions, almost everywhere in my area my x-70 ground balances at 30-40 very very seldom is it lower than that. People told me the DD coil is better for ground that is more mineralized. 90% of the time I hunt old iron infested home sites coinshooting. So I think the 9" 3khz coil would be a much better choice for me. I used the 10.5 coil on 4-5 sites and I think the stock coil outperforms it in my soil.
So if you have the 9" 3khz and are interested in a trade my coil is barely used, almost new........let me know if you have any interest.
