have used the 11" on both the silver & eldorado great coil excellent coverage & depth pinpoints easy of toe or heel discrimin is accurate handles iron better than the concentric a lot quieter can run both umax's at full sen's without chatter only drawback a little heavy
AMC, I have the 8.5" widescan that fits my Cortes and Golden. In air tests it can't detect as deep as the concentric 8" round donut. No problem pinpointing. Separation is the same as the concentric. I'm hanging onto it only because I might run into highly mineralized ground someday.
i was thinking if the sef coil don't pan out on the deleon this would be a alternative which i just got permission to hunt a bunch of cornfields this year.
