Do I have the right coil?

Bought a used Coiltec 15' WOT. Seller has used it on his SE Pro and Safari. Supposed to be good for my etrac but slot for shaft is a bit too wide and my stock screw is too short. I contacted Coiltek to verify the serial # and they said it was good but to make sure it has a spiral boot at the coil to make sure it is for the etrac. The boot does have a spiral but the molded relief by the screw does not allow the head to fully contact the ribs. Thinking the coil came with it's own screw but would like to know if this is definitely for the etrac before I get a new screw for it.

Anything can be fake I suppose but it looks like the real thing to me. Go to Lowe's specialty bins and get some 1/4" x 20 x 2.5" white nylon bolts and a couple of plastic/nylon type fender washers for spacers at the same time . Buy a few because it's not that hard to break them.

yeah the ears on that coil are thicker hence you need a longer bolt

Good Coil.. I dug these yesterday with my WOT 15"
