Hey Ron, were are you at in WV? I am a hillbilly as well. I read a post of yours about you getting your ATPRO and you said that you was form WV and you didn't know anyone around that had a atpro. Just thought I would say hello.

Hello smithna1 (hillbilly),

Welcome to the forum, I live about 10 miles south of Huntington and I have 2 brothers in the area and both do some detecting.

Hello Ron, Im up in Parkersburg. I have a few friends that i work with that detect as well. I knew it was a long shot, but thought you may be from my neck of the woods. Mostly hit the local parks but love to find those really old homes. I find it lots of fun to dig those old flat buttons and things like that. Just last night at work my boss should be a 1796 one cent peace that his brother-in-law found while redoing the front porch of a old farm house he is the care taker of. I was wondering if he would like a new best friend LOL. Anyway just saw that you were from wv and thought I would say hi. If you ever get up this way and what to try it out let me know. Good luck, Neal
