... to slow down the too fast retune speed of my Tesoro Eurosabre ?
It is so fast that I am not able to use it.
I think it is a VCO all metal, am I wrong ?
I would like to transform the all metal in a very slow VCO retune one.
Can I do it by myself ?

I can't say for certain. The Euro is basically a Eldorado Micro Max with an added discrimination feature. I do know that the Eldorado had a fast retune when it was released that could be changed if sent back to the factory. Adding VCO may be a problem. You might want to check with Tesoro.
