divers what scoop do you use

divers do you use the fan method or use a scoop , this will be my first year with a hookah and i am wondering which is better useing a scoop or fanniing. ty
 
I USE MY HANDS OR KNIFE ON GRAVEL AND OTHER HARD BOTTOMS .I CLIP A RUGGED SCOOP(HAND TYPE) TO MY B.C. ALLOT HAS TO DO WITH CONDITIONS VIZ ECT. FOUND CHEAP MECHANIC GLOVES ARE BEST BECAUSE THE FINGERS WEAR OUT.HAVE A GOOD SYSTEM TO KEEP YOUR TOOLS OR TAKE IT FROM ME YOU WILL LOSE THEM( UNLESS YOU HAVE GOOD VIZ) GOOD LUCK
 
Go to a place where the kids jump off [pier, whrf, cliff, tower, etc] and turn the scoot in reverse..

An amazing amount of stuff to be found that way.
