For those that use or would just like to learn about the almost unknown Baron detectors, just click on the link below.

It will take you to a different site.

Interesting site. I'm not much into electronics tinkering or heavy detectors but enjoyed the geezer's perspectives on hunting. Your diamond/amethyst yarn was great. So was the Leaf Blower Incident. I guess about the only "baron" I'd heard of that registered was the "Red Baron" - a different species entirely, I presume. That one always sounded about as much fun to use as a scythe. Thanks for the reference.

Hi

There not all heavy. The later one are of lighter construction. The new Millennium II is a light unit. Not a micro-light, but lighweight.

Best regards
Bill

:wacko:Well, you have piqued my curiosity a bit. I wonder if I would like one of those more than a Buck Rogers detector, or perhaps the still-shaky ES. Hmmm.

Here is a link to my web site with info on the newer, lighter one. Just click on it, and it will take you to the Baron page. Bill
