DIRTY.... + 2 pictures !!

Didn't have much time, today.
Finally, I only was 1.30 h hunting, snif... The first hour (or so, I never wear a watch) I didn't find a thing on the beach. NOTHING !!!

And in the last 20-30 minutes, found 6.70 Euro (= 8 USD) + some rubbish.

The 2 + 2 + 1 + 1 Euro coins must be the dirtiest I've ever seen. Remember, we only got this currency like... 4-5 years ago. Can you imagine how they will look after 10 years on a beach.
10% WORTHLESS, I guess...

Well, it was FUN.

Got rewarded with a great sunset and while I was watching it, the full moon came up behind me... How romantic !

ThankYouForLooking !

Bob,

What settings and which coil were you using on the beach.

How do you get on with ground balancing on the various sand conditions.

Jerry.

In my opinion, it is the man behind the detector that makes the finds !
I think that X-Terra is SO simple to use and SO good, you'll find stuff "anyhow".

But then, so is my XP !

But because you ask; these are "my settings" on the X-Terra 50 :

1. all metal
2. sens = 20
3. volume = 20

I NEVER (have to?) ground balance. Don't know why, maybe it doesn't make a difference on the beach ??? Sometimes +1 noise cancel.

I NEVER discriminate.

And then : hard work, hard work &... hard work. Because you'll ALWAYS have to search, you'll ALWAYS have to dig.

GOOD LUCK !

BOB,

I dug 40+ clad and other trinkets. Good machine, still learning to adjust to the deeper signals.

HH,

...by tomorrow I should have enough to buy a green beer on St. Patrick's Day.[attachment 21257 Gbeer.gif]<br>[attachment 21258 Green3.JPG]
