General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

I bought a NEL Sharpshooter coil on Monday haven't heard from him since Tuesday. No confirmation of shipping, tracking, etc. Ive tried contacting him numerous time through here and email. Here's what I know about him.

User name is dirtjunkie, his email is bmwiscount@gmail.com, and his name, or at least the one listed on his email is Bradley Wiscount. I'd be on the look out for this guy and avoid any dealings with him until he clears this up. He has been a member for 3 months, and made several comments to peoples posts (39), mostly concerning Etrac. Hopefully he redeems himself and contacts myself and CBailey in Georgia, but its doubtful at this point.
 
Might be him on Facebook...go to Facebook and type in his name....Bradley Wiscount....it shows a metal detector picture?.......Bradley Wiscount

Having problems too! I bought a propointer from him and it is now two weeks late. All I've had from him is the track number, which has said the same thing since day 1, and blaming the post office. This is where Paypal 'gift' is a bad idea.

Tracking numbers are great when items are actually shipped.... Unfortunately tracking numbers can be assigned right on a pc before any other interaction with the post office and people give a false sense of security this way and buy time to scam others before their name gets ruined.
 
Be aware check feedback ask for personal emails and a phone number.. ..heck after all this dirtbag has done maybe its not a bad idea to ask for a picture of a valid drivers license or state ID...... Its truly ashame people like this exist ....bad for people who are bilked out of their hard earned money and it screws up the process for other buyers and sellers.I have made a lot of deals here and other forums and facebook buy sell trade pages and have only dealt with good honest people so far ...heck I made a lot of good friends I stay in touch with and discuss the hobby with all the time.....truly ashame some piece a crap has to do this to others.
 
His name does have JUNKIE in it.
 
contact the post office if he says it shipped and it didn't that would be considered mail fraud.
 
I have contacted the PO. I'm waiting for their response but the track number does say it left their Jersey facility. Just nothing after that! Considering everything else I think I've been ripped off. I already bought another one from BBH. I shall henceforth refer to dirtjunkie as dirtBAG.
 
Looks like he's gone now. Guess he did what he set out to do. What a real piece of crap. I just sent his mom or grandmother a message on Facebook so they know what kind of guy they got. Sent him one as well.

Someone should post what he did on his works facebook page "universal wood products" name him and let them know what kind of thief works for them... Really make his life miserable.
