Even though it's been hotter than heck and the pickins are gettin' slim, the diggs for the month so far are not bad if you count quanity instead of quality. The only time I can bear the weather is early in the mornin' and that doesn't last very long. I did manage a few keepers though. Mostly from the city parks and a couple of tot lots.
Every day I go by a 12 acre county park with 12 soccer fields, 15 baseball and softball areas, a football stadium and 4 playgrounds that are screaming at me, but for us around here is off limits. Everyone has asked permission and regularly, and we all get the same form letter. Bummer..... Anyway here's the pile for July....
