Digging in Finland

Hello!

This is how we have to do it in Finland. ;)
I just could not wait in the cabin for spring to come.
AT PRO works well in the frosty forest.
Finds wasn't so good. Few pulltabs, old oilcan and so on, but what the heck I went DETECTING !! :yo:

You are one hard core dude. No way I would go out in that stuff.

Looks like an AT Pro sitting there. Hope it reacts better to the cold than my 250. When the temp is below 30, it won't shut up. You can hold the coil straight up in the air and it still won't shut up.

Nice to see some postings from the other side of the pond here at the Findmall Garrett Forum. I hunt the hills where people toboggan & snowboard. The ground in most places is like cement, and 2 feet of snow pretty well rules out the relics.

Cheers my friend!:beers:

Hello !

I am a relic hunter. I want to dig old objects and old coins. I'm not so interested of new Euro-coins. The company, which I work in, gives me those. ;)
So I like to hunt places which have had movement or some action in history, old houses, paths, fields and so on.
Now, the ground is frozen, so its a little challenge to dig here, but have to try. There are places under the big spruces that are diggable.
John-Edmunton seems to be at the same winter-business.  Cheers mate!
