Digging deep into the prayer request

Folks,

I need prayers big time. A dear friend of mine and coworker is having surgery tomorrow (Friday 8:00) to remove an aggressive cancerous tumor the size of a softball in his chest. He is only 26. The doctors have said they will also have to remove his right lung and possibly do heart bypass. He will be kept unconscious for 48 hours with a 3-4 month recovery (God willing). He is a quality, quality young man and has a ton to offer. I have faith the Lord did not put him here to have removed in his 20's.
