Went to a few schools this morn - cool nights now but warm days. Around 90 or so now but cooler weather coming next week. I dug 95 coins and some junk jewelry, including this unusual fob or key chain pendant -or whatever. Sure is big and heavy but in great shape. I think it's pot metal or such - no marks. Exact same design on the back side.

...still fun to dig though!! Your serious hunting season is almost here with the cooler weather ahead. When it's cold and rainy and miserable it's fun to get on here and read about your finds.
 
just on the edge of perfect detecting weather till July - or an early June summer. Greatest place in the world here then - couldn't get much worse in the summer tho :( I'll keep you guys & gals warmed up and idling this winter, Steve in so az
