There was some serious holes being dug....into huts & trash pits. This was a BIG Yankee camp.

One field had some cows in it & they didn't seem to mind. A CSA button was dug out of a hut probably about where I'm sitting to take this :rant:

Here's a 3 ringed minie ball comin' outta the ground....I'm the first one to touch this since the soldier who dropped it in the 1860's...
My 2 best buttons fell apart on me in the rough ground :rolleyes:

This is an "Infantry" coat button....
I used the T2 & it was the "Cuff Button Daddy". Tony can verify it was nailing all the cuff buttons everyone else missed.
A bullet was also ALWAYS a #76.....even if it was 8-9" down the ID locked.

This is a Williams "cleaner" bullet....fired through the barrel to get all the junk out....
