DIGGER'S-ARE THEY REAL?

I asked my self if the diggers show is real. Well yes they are. But I found out that it take seven or eight day to shoot a 22 minutes for one show. That's working about 9 or 10 hours a day. I also found out that they dig sites that hardy been dugged. A lot of research goes into these these shows. So if you have the time and money you can do the same thing and get the same results. I have the time but no money. OH WELL!

TV can open a lot of doors to sites you wouldnt normally get to hunt on. Thou its a little over the top in their reaction to finds..... they seem to honestly be having fun out there. Im enjoying the show done by some really good hunters. People complain about having the stuff priced..... we all want to know what something is worth... ALL of us. Nice to see a lady digger who can hold her own too.

Garrett has posted an interview on Youtube of the two Diggers guys. After watching it, it confirmed my opinion that they are excellent representatives for the metal detecting community. Watch it if you get a chance.

I have read this complaint often. Here is my take on it
When a baseball player hits a homerun, do they celebrate? Better yet what if it is a walk-off homerun? You bet they do. Heck the whole team does. Football, Basketball, Soccer, Tennis, you name a sport and every single one has the same thing in common. When someone scores/out does another player (or something that is viewed as a success) the person or team celebrates. I see nothing wrong with celebrating an achievement. Yes, a person can get carried away and take it a little too far. But I have only seen this on the show one or two times (climbing tree in celebration was one)
Before I started watching any metal detecting shows I made a great find (gold ring) and let out a loud whoop. I was excited and it felt good to make a great find. So why not celebrate it? Especially if it is a rare find. JMHO

Ask Dave Hester on "Storage Wars", after terminated he ratted on the producers how they planted expensive items in lockers.I kinda hope Digger's aren't real, some writer that never used a metal detector came up with stupid treasure hunting terms. My final point if they were real hunters Minelabs would be used. Not sure but these two guys may be applying for one of these new marriage licence.HH Ron

I have just watched an episode of Diggers.
Sorry to say this but.
If either of them came hunting with me I should have to dig a very large hole to plant them in.
If you are out detecting you spend the day detecting not running around evertime anything is found.
If they were down on the beaches over here they would be exausted in the first hour, especially after winter gales.
