We saw his plastic surgeon today and will have surgery in March. The tumors in his chin are forcing his tongue further back in his throat minimizing his air intake. The nasal passages have been closed by the tumor behind his nose and surgery to reduce those will be next. That surgery will be very risky because thay have to do it throught the nostrils and controlling blood loss will be difficult.
I don't know if you are aware of Brian's situation but he has a rare bone disorder and fractures easily. The tumors in his face are from this disorder also. To see a pictorial history go to the link below and click on Brian's gallery. There are 3 seperate sub-galleries of pictures of Brian.
