The other day I was out on the beach trolling the low tide line. I hit a spot that was reading strangely. 4-28, 10-5, 10-10, 00-27. Mid to high tones all over the place as I swept the spot. I started digging. First thing out was a badly decomposed penny that will give off all kinds of weird signals. Swept the hole again and got the pull tab signal and dug some more finding a 1958 nickel. I was about to walk away but swept the hole again. Got another 10-10, 9-8, 00-27. Long story short, clad quarter came up next and still another signal in there 9-8. The hole is about 2 feet by 2 feet at this point with collapsing sides. I dug one more time and got this. White gold, 11 grams. Bet these were in somebody's pocket.
