Different Kind of Gold

Gerry in Idaho

New member
As many of you know, I take groups each June to Ganes Creek, AK. and have been for a few years now. Gold is what we are after and I will admit it, I have found my share of it up there.

Well, one of my other hunting passions is Detecting for Ancient Coins/Artifacts and I have done at least 4 or 5 trips to England in pursuit of such Treasure. All the time, I was working towards organizing my own groups to England just like I do for Ganes Creek, AK.

This Spring I found the right set up with Quality Finds, Masses of Fields, Comfortable living, Good Transportation and all for a really Great Price. In fact, the price is about $1000 less than some of the other well known Professional Organizations that do the England Detecting Tours.

Here is a couple photos of one of the rare Gold Coins to come from that ground on the March trip I took. This 7th Century (1600's) Saxon Gold Coin was found by a good friend of mine (Gary) only 50 yards from me.

I just got the word on this coin. $1000 to $1500 and $2K for the other one you folks did not get to see. it was a little better.
