Different Applications for Polar Plot vs. Analyze?

It occurred to me that Polar Plot and Analyze serve two very different purposes.

While the Polar Plot feature looks like a great tool for target identification, the Analyze screen looks like a better option for target size. While Analyze is also helpful with target ID (by monitoring the dominant frequency), I do not see how Polar Plot can be helpful for estimating target size.

Am I correct in my assumptions? (Keep in mind that my observations are solely based on what I have read here at FindMall. I have not yet gotten the upgrade.)

I think the polar plot is more useful for steel crown cap infestations that so often mimic coins.

Crown caps are easy to ID on pinpoint........the 22.5 KHz is dominate, where the 2.5 is dominate on a coin.
