diference between the american and uk tejon

i have a American tejon but i just wonted to know if anybody could tell me the deference between mine and the uk version
 
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the U.K. version of the Tejon has an expanded Disc range in the area of iron and foil. This is the range where the small hammered coins fall. The U.K. version also has a fixed GB option much like the Shadow X-5. If the ground is not bad just click into fixed and go, but you still have the 3 3/4 turn manual balance when you need it. I wish the USA model had this as well.
