It dawned on me today - well, my shin still hurts - so didn't go out - ok God told me why my leg hurt. Physically I was kicked in the shin. Knowing that I wrestle not against flesh and blood I had no problem forgiving the guy who kicked me.

So really it wasn't the guy who kicked me - it was a spirit within him that did. The only way one (man or demon) could harm me is - I failed to have on the FULL ARMOR OF GOD. (The armor would have profected my shin). God helps me to learn - sometimes I learn the hard way.
 
Sometimes we all learn the hard way, Pete. That's simply our stubborn sinful nature. At times, we tend to put God on the back burner pretending He doesn't see what's going on. How silly of us.
