that pressing the detect button to leave a menu will allow you to return there next time the menu button is pressed? HH Randy

Randy - Do you mean that if we change a setting e.g. ferrous coin to high trash on, we can get back there by pressing and holding the detect button?

Thanks,
Albert

No I think when you press the menu button you will be right back at the spot you left IN the menu. Holding the detect button will let you set the target trace and pinpoint trace.

I read that wrong. So then, 2nd try, if we change a setting and press the detect button to detect, the next time we press the menu button will take us back to that settings menu?

Thx,
Albert

That's a great feature for quickly playing with a setting while on a target. Thanks!

Yes I believe that is right. I will double check for you.
