? Did the Server Crash

Hmmm ! Looks like the thread / topic has been deleted / lost as Dave J. made a post in it early this morning and now it's gone !!!!

The subject has been brought up before. Questions like this are repetitious, and have been addressed before. Search the Tek. forum, it was brought up there together.

Freddie

If repetitious was the problem there would not be a forum.
We were respectfully pushing our agenda within ourselves.

And having a laugh along the way.

If they keep deleting threads like this, specially those that contain good info and even if it has been posted elsewhere in this site, people are going to get a little uptight etc.

Seems that the majority do not have any weight, if a request is made for a new forum, it seems it falls on deaf ears.

Forum members should be able to ask for a new forum for a new detector, specially when that new detector has gained a big following since it's release, it does not matter that it's a G2 or Gold Bug Pro / SE / Plain Jane.

Forum members requests should be looked at with more thought, it's us members that make this site what it is, not the people that run it, like I said, if there was no posts here, it would be boring and fail to educate / help others that have started this wonderful hobby. Not only that, this site promotes Metal Detectors, it does not matter who the makers are, it generates sales, whether they be direct or indirect, and therefore it would benefit the makers and this forum if they would make new forums at the request of the members that happen to own them.

OK, rant over....

Now I wait to see if this gets deleted !

Had to work today and didn't get home in time to see Dave J's comments. Late last night there were a LOT of folks favoring a new forum and possibly a new "class room" Some of the comments were quite funny, but by a wide margin most people favored a new forum. I gotta join with you guys, WHAT HAPPENED TO THE THREAD??? John

Yea, I must of missed Daves post.....Oh well, it's still nice to have a detector that you don't have to buy a armrest extender, headphone adapter or shaftlocks for, the Gold Bugs kick it right out of the box!!!!!:fisher:

All right now my curiosity is peaked does any know or are they willing to quote what Dave said.
Is this site ran by Fisher?
