Yep it was in the ground. Where I live there was a little bit of CW activity, not much but a little. I was digging post holes back behind my house for a new fence to try and keep the hogs out of the yard when I looked at the dirt that I was pulling up with my post hole diggers when I saw that I had pulled up a 3 ringer. I went back for my metal detector. I found 8 common 3 ringers and about 3 feet away from my original post hole I started finding sword scabbard parts and sword parts. You could have heard me holler if you had been outside when I found the hand guard and the balde still attached. I am still excited. How is that for a story?...d2
