Did High Tide This Morning, Can't Do Low This Afternoon. Glad I Went. Silver & Gold Morning

Got lots of HoneyDoos this afternoon and can't make the 4:12pm low tide, so beat feet down and did an 8am-12n high tide hunt. Ocean was flat with huge breakers at the shoreline that was just starting to move a little sand. First, found this 925 silver toe ring on the way South toward the pier. On the way back North, was taking a good pounding in the surf when I got that wonderful low Excal gold tone and out popped this gold Claddagh wedding ring, marked and tested 10k. I have quite a few in silver but this is my first one in gold. It's small too, weights in at a whopping 0.6 dwt or 0.9g (.o3oz).

Happy Hunting!

I went out this morning after the thunderstorm finished rolling through and found 66 cents and a bunch of lead sheathing from old wooden boats. I guess Davy Jones has the locker closed to me for now.

Cheers,

I personally got skunked today. I found a gold earring that proved to be junk once i got home. Only had half a day, had to be back home by noon. Got two silver rings and a little more than 6.00$ in clad ( 4 twonies helped a lot).
