JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION
Manufacturer and designer of professional detecting devices is looking for a customer service representative.
DUTIES:
1. Answer technical support inquiries (we will provide training)
2. Manage warranty and repair orders.
3. Process customer orders
1. Coordinate Logistics and Shipping.
2. Prepare and process invoices
4. Maintain broad knowledge of products and services for superior customer service
5. Solve problems that are often non-standard/non-routine
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Great communication skills
2. Detail oriented
3. Not afraid to discuss technical issues
4. Reliability and strong work ethic
5. Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
6. Ability to work independently
7. Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly
SALARY RANGE:
$9.00 - $11.00 per hour (depending on experience)
