MOSTLY PENNY'S FEW NEWER QUARTERS.NEAR THE PAVILLION ALOT OF THE STEEL BEAMS ARE SHOWING BUT VERY FEW TARGETS TO BE FOUND.SAND GOT PULLED DOWN BUT WAS JUST SPREAD OUT OVER THE FLAT.STILL TO DEEP TO HIT GOOD STUFF!!MAYBE SOME SPOTS WHERE DUNES WERE HIT WILL GIVE UP SOME SILVERS??? CHECKED HAMPTON IT LOOKED LIKE SAND WAS PUSHED IN AT MOST SPOTS, THE NORTHERN SIDE NEAR THE ROCKS AT THE END OF THE STRIP HAD SOME LOWER LOOKING AREAS. OH WELL MAYBE NEXT STORM?? I'M GONNA HEAD SOUTH IN AM TRY SOME OTHER SPOTS.GOOD LUCK JAMES,ED AND ALL OTHERS WHO HUNT THE N.E BEACHES.AT LEAST ITS GONNA BE WARM!!!! HH

If I saw your post early enough. I didn't have time to post last night.
I hit Salisbury last night and was disappointed at the amount of sand movement. I also hit up near where we usually find the silver but there was none to be found... I think the silver was drying up to begin with and the sand in question was just dragged and dispersed evenly on the beach. Targets are still too deep!!!
Ron and I will probably hit some fields this W/E if the ground is frozen enough.

Beach Hunter,

Thanks for the update. I am waiting for this water to go down at the local swimming hole (A river) After christmas it gave a a 1907 indian penny a 1911 V nickle 1942 quarter and a Lunt silversmith sterling silver spoon ring. Hopefully the heavy waters will strip away some more sand.

I was really hoping that all that wind changed things a bit. I have never seen it so sanded in and flat!!!! What's up with that??? I hope it's warm this Sunday as I may try and get out in the woods for bit. Good luck out there.
