Did anyone else have a problem with headphones

In May I bought a new MXT Pro that came with the red headphones. I never tried them because I have a pair of Jolly Rogers that I like. So yesterday I get my detector out and thought I'd try the White's headphones. I only get sound in one ear and yes I made sure both volume controls were turned up. Contacted White's and, as expected, they said send them in and they'll replace them. Just wondered how many others had this problem.

[size=large]i purchased the e-9000 koss made for whites.then broke so sent them in and receiverd a new pair. only cost me shipping to whites.
thought the other whites headphones were cheap and not going to be as good. i was right. got a pair when i bought my mxt pro. came with the machine deal. tried them on and just didn't fit near as well or as comfy as the e-9000. bought a pair of gray ghost nd and they're still a little snug but much better than the red ones from whites. down size for mine are that they are hot and sweaty in the heat so looking for ones that aren't.

Didn't care for the whites headphones that came with my MXT 300 so I bought a set of Sunray Pro Golds and I love them. They are extremely comfortable even after a prolonged period. When I bought the MXT Pro, I went right out and ordered a set. no sense in wasting time... That's my honest opinion... HH Jack from Southern New Hampshire

I concur with the other posts . . .save your money and time unless you just want to have a fully functional stock pair of HP's as backup. Get a good pair of HP's immediately ( I recommend the Sunray Pro Gold's also) . . one of the wisest investments you can make for detecting equipment IMHO. . .
