In the library of congress photo archives and history of the Civil War it shows this photo of 3 Confederate Generals

On the left is General Bubba Miller, center is General of the Army Eddie Lee Tisdale, flanked on the right by General Cooter Cross.

The photo was taken at the 1st hour of the first day of the war after a meeting to decide to surrender before someone really got hurt.
