Hi...
I'm sorry to hear you got a bad diamond tester...they come NEW, now as far as the second tester, I'm sure it was tested before shipping it to you so that you wouldn't have the same problem. We'll get this corrected. Again I apologize for getting a bad tester in the first place. :surprised:
I just send you a PM.
Thanks,
Kellyco Chick

o.k. i got busted by the kellyco cops lol .... didnt know they lurked the site. on my original post i guess i was a little frustrated. (did it show)? in all fairness to kellyco, this morning i talked to wanda at their store she was more than ready to help me no matter what i wanted to do.. refund, get another, etc. + take care of my shipping costs. i have made several purchases from kellyco, some large some small all without a hitch. so i went off the handle a little on this one (could it be my 12 days without a cigarrette) ... now i get a pm from kellyco chick wanting to make things right also. what can i say, i spoke too soon.. the kellyco people are A OK in my book. sorry folks..... i'm feeling smaller by the second. lol diggitdawg p.s.( ty too chick)

Ive never dealt with them (just a lurker trying to decide which, if any detector to get), but MAN OH MAN, if only all businesses went out of their way like that....

I hope your problem gets resolved, and it sure looks like you're well on your way to a good result.

I don't know who the Kellyco Chick is, but the fact thay they ARE monitoring the forums is a heads up and a 20 year leap in progress. It's been over 10 years since I bought my last detector from them, and now I'm thinking about giving them another look-see.

Don't know where you folks are located but check out prices at "Metal Detectors of minneapolis" speak to Tom I've been getting pretty good prices and quick service (612-721-1901) so far no problems
