Diamond Head

I have that scoop, great for in the water and wet sand. I have used it on both rocky beaches and beaches that have a lot of crushed shell under the sand and it cuts thru like butter. Not good in the dry stuff though, better off with a mesh type scoop for that unless your dry stuff is very fine and very dry. Here in NY and NJ I have found a little dry on top and then a damp, very grainy sand half a scoop down which doesn't filter out of the scoop that well. Good Luck!
