My Dual field has a constant tone....worked fine yesterday.Noticed moisture in the housing and the dry pack is damp....Of the 3 repair service centers to send it to in the USA,are there any recommendations?....Oregon,Illinois,or Virginia are given in the manual....Should it just be sent to the nearest one to me in Florida?.Even though it is within the 2 year warranty the card was never sent in that I know of.I purchased it unused/new from a guy that won it in a Madding competition. My investment was only $300.00 so I Don't mind if I must pay something, just want to send it to who ever has given the best service to anyone who has used any of these repair facilities....thanks

I have only used OR. and you cannot beat how fast they are I sent my V3I in on a Monday and had it back on Friday

It will need to be pressure tested after repair.....the factory in Oregon does repairs and pressure testing....I'm pretty sure the one in Florida does too(Whites of the southeast???)....I'd call and ask to be sure before shipping...they'll have ya up and runnin' in no time....gl and hh!!!

You've probably already sent it out but if you haven't, send it to Sweet Home , period. I live on the East Coast and although I could have sent it to an authorized repair facility here I choose to send it to Sweet Home. My DF fit in a 12" x 12" x 5 1/2" "flat rate" box ( less headphones ) and only cost me $18.00 to ship.

The headphones were severed at the wire so I didn't send them back, however, I think even they may have fit into the box.
