Deus hard case worth ??

I use a soft case 90 percent of the time. I love the hard case for traveling though. It does a great job in a car or truck, making sure somebody doesn't throw something on top of the Deus and bust something. It also helps cut down on vibration in the car that can mess with your stuff. I even like it for the Winter season for the same reason. Somebody won't accidentally step on your machine or throw something on top of it.

I store my Deus and all the trimmings in it when not it use. Peace of mind when traveling too since it's protected well in the hard case. I use my Deus in the Fall/Winter months for dry sand hunting at the beach. With all the extra gear I have for beach hunting as well as my hunting partners sometimes, it's good to have the hard case. Lots of times sand scoops, waders, etc. move around in the back of the truck. With the hard case...no worries.

I like the hard case when traveling by car (case to big to take as a carry on on a airline). When I have my digging supplies, sand scoop, ect. I don't want to take the chance of something crashing into the XP Deus driving down the road and it bouncing around in the trunk. Like having a little extra Insurance carrying it in the case.
