Detector Pro Rattler (Headphones)

any one using them ? how do you like them and how do they compare to other heaphones you have used in the past. Thanks in advance

I rarely hunt without mine...Can't compare them to any other brand because I could not wear headphones until I bought a set of "Rattlers". I have been hunting out in the 107 degree heat we have been having this summer and they have not been a bother at all and it is nice to be able to hear what is going on around me when I hunt.

thanks cowtownkid ive been debating on getting heaphones but being in the city i didnt want both ears covered and these seemed like the best choice but no one has the locally so i figured i would ask around.. thanks again

Hi,

I know I'm new here, but I have been using the rattles for about two years now.
I got them for two main reason: 1st most of my hunting is in a big city and I do at times have to watch out who is around me, and 2nd being from Texas I do from time to time get the chance too hunt in the country were I have to watch out for snakes (great with rattle snakes, but it's the copperheads that are still a bit tricky). Yeah, I love them just for these reasons alone, and they sound great concidering it is only one ear.

There are so many good headphones out there, it's tough making a decision. DP has a wide selection. I got the Gray Ghosts.
