I got this probe on a trade from another member and I have decided I don't really need a probe. Most of my hunting is on old homesites where I dig a big hole with my shovel. I very rarely hunt public parks where we have to be careful with plug sizes and can really use a pinpointer. The probe is 3 months old and shows very little wear, even on the tip of the probe. This baby is, 'HOT'. Good for and honest 4"-5" . But, you can turn the sensetivity down to reduce the pinpointing area. So...$135 Priority Mail to your door.
