Detector Pro HeadHunter

I found this detector from Detector Pro ... HeadHunter
yellow one

Don't know if it is good or not for beach or scuba use.
Some of reviews are bad ... few people are confirming that it is OK

There is two versions ?
Any ideas ?

I had a detectorpro diver that was yellow. It worked excellent on saltwater beaches and in the water. The only reason I got rid of it was that the wires kept breaking. I hear though that on the newer ones this isn't an issue. Mine was from when they first came out. I'd buy another if it had the newer wiring. Great little machine!

Not sure about the depth rating on them, but their website would have that info.

Thank you Scott
I think that is their problem and sometimes people had problems with seals (must pop in to seal)
If you want there is a ebay auction for one of yellow ones - demo model “New In Box, used for Display”

I am going with 1280X Aquanaut.

I'd settle for the less expensive version of the 1280. which is the cobra beach magnet. I'd take one of those any day. and get it to hit 12'' on a quarter.
