I have been a Deus dealer from day one and I have only had 2 problems. Both of them were the coil charge clip.. On the first one, a replacement was sent right out but
I sold a Deus to a customer right before Christmas and when the battery on the coil ran down, he went to charge it and his charging clip was bad. Thing is, he has a hunt scheduled the last of this week that had been planned for a long time. I contacted Heather at Detector Electronics and told her that I needed to overnight 2 charging clips to help him and I would pay for it. She said it would be $44 for overnight alone and with that I told her to just send regular mail. She sent me back an email and said we'll take care of it... These folks overnighted the clips to the customer at their expense. They didn't have to but they took care of me and my customer above and beyond regular customer care. Just thought I would let everyone know how good these folks are. This is the way customer/dealer support should be.
