:detecting: White's M6 Threshold adjustment pictures. :nerd:

[size=large]ya did such a good job explaining this operation, i think even i could do it. thanks.

From the looks of the pics, you may be able to drill a tiny hole where the threshold adjustment is and put a rubber plug in the hole to make a water tight seal when it is in place. Then to adjust the threshold you could pop the rubber plug out and use an eye glass screw driver since it has a really small shank to fit a small hole. I'm sure the adjustment turns pretty freely so it wouldn't take much of a screw driver to turn it. But I don't know if it ever needs adjusted again once you get it where you want it, I don't have an M6.

Maybe a dumb question, "Will this actually create an audible hum, like I am used to from other machines?" Tia, martin

You can panel mount a pot. I've done that on my Classic 3,ID and IDX years ago. I was going to panel mount one for the M6 too. But when I adjusted the thresh it held steady just fine so I didn't do the mod. You can though. If you know how to desolder and solder your good to go.
