Detecting Rules and Regulations around Phoenix area

Can anyone out there tell me about the rules and regulations that might be for detecting around the Phoenix, or Sun City Arizona area or Arizona in general ??? We are planing to visit down their and possibly even move down there (depending on the detecting rules)
I assume state parks are out but city parks, schools, ect ???
Any info greatly appreciated

I suggest you contact the Local Club. They should be able to give you some information. You might be in town when they have there monthly meeting. They were a Great Group of people when the FMDAC had the Hunt last May 2008 in Goldfield GhostTown. The city was tearing up alot of streets and curbs and some great finds were being made-coins and tokens- Everything looked like it was lost the Day before.The 2 Photo's are the Clay figures that Tom Schoolcraft made for me. Guess the heading should have read Question About Detecting Rules and Regulations around Phoenix area?????
I have written some clubs but no response; Does anyone have an idea abut the state and local laws and rules that apply to metal detecting in this area.??? Thanks much for the help
