Detecting in Wales with an American connection . . .

Welsh Neil

New member
I joined a local rally on nearby farm land this weekend using my X-Terra 30 and was pleasantly suprised at how accurate it was. The pick of my finds are shown below, and include an Irish penny circa 1920's, a 1912 halfpenny, a perfect musket ball and bizzarely an American officers sleeve button! As the location was near to an American WWII air force base, I speculated that he may well have been sampling the local Welsh farmers daughters! Amused me anyway.

Cheers
Neil
