detecting finds

went detecting in my yard November-3rd and found a ring 7 inches down that had a nice tone at 62 but no markings on it and a penny and went to the river November-10th and detected on the bank since my chest waders failed me several years ago and I've lost so much weight my wetsuit doesn't fit anymore and found 2 clad quarters, 2 dimes and 8 pennies including a wheat penny at 7 inches but can't read the date on it. No photos since my digital camera died on me but it did my mind some good to just get out and detect for an hour each time. Been so long since I detected my pinpointing was sloppy . Lost one of the dimes between the park and the car but it was clad. They are letting the river down and hope to get out my rubber boots and do some detecting one day this week. I would love to work up to 1 hour of detecting several times a week but Sunday after church has worked for me except this week we have homecoming so I will try and go Friday or Saturday.
Ordering a magnet kit to try and increase my finds since the water is too deep to detect in but hopefully can find some coins and other finds with the magnet. Ordering it today and hope it arrives by next week. Happy and safe hunting everybody. I love the 1 hour times on my phone so I can have my detecting time and not overdo it.
