:detecting:Discovery 3300 w/ 10 1/4" coil nails another ring!

I was beeping yet another "cleaned out" park-I keep saying I know it's clean cuz I cleaned it!. Tough place actually,it has a history going as far back as it gets for this area. And lots & lots of older pulltabs, rusty bottlecaps, and also a huge amount of ammo casings & headstamps.

The silver is there hiding & I dig all solids no disc at this park. I have a Morgan 1/2 & a seated dime from here. But it is typically a very low coin count on any given day. I do rely on gopher activity to bring up new targets.Don't laugh I'm fairly certain it rotates a lot of out of reach targets upwards. The seated I got was at the top edge of a gopher mound & I thought it was a foreign coin at 1st!.

There is a local who has a minelab with a large coil-and he knows how to dig silver. He has done his best to clean this park as well but lucky for me he just works silver.

So I knew the odds were slim-and there is the low coin count as usual....But one of the pulltabs was not a pulltab...Nice little 10K pinky with small diamond. This machine is working very very well for me and while luck is always a big help-this machine does its part also.

Cheers!

Grats! You seem to be on a roll lately.

Congrats on your finds !!!!!!!!!!!

Nice job! Darkflight. It is always nice to dig gold after countless pull tabs. Especially in a park that has been hunted hard.
