10/16/10 'tected a North American Hunting Club Collector Series medallion. Nice piece. Has a Grizzley Bear on the front.... Flying Eagle clutching a bow w/ arrows & a rifle on the back. Around the bears neck says "series 01". Size of a half dollar. appears to be copper. was 3" deep. Showed as a solid Half on my machine. Another nice conversation piece. HH ya'all Bigsquid55 :bounty: :usaflag:

My heart always jumps into my throat on those 1/2 dollar signals, mostly because I've only found one (in really poor condition).

This what you found?

10 -4 Smitty.... almost! All details the same, except the pic. you provided is of a Black Bear. Mine is, & says, Grizzley Bear. Just the bears big head is on the front. Bigsquid55 Thanks!

Way to go! Nice find.

I got lucky and found the White Tail Deer medallion two or three months ago.
