In my mid-thirties, I was a body builder-type. That life-style was my choice way back then and with it came all the good, bad and the ugly. Let me explain:
I was into body building for the health of it. At my heaviest, I weighed 240 muscled-up pounds. I had to have my Army uniforms altered sos my arms would fit through without cutting off the circulation. I rarely drank and that, sets up this story.
I worked full-time for the Arkansas Army National Guard as a training officer for a battalion. Each year I found myself and others traipsing off to God-knows-where, participating in another of the never-ending
