Design on top of old jar lid

I found this where I have been finding stuff from the 1020's and 30's. It is about 2" across and is a tin lid but I have been trying to find what the design is or the company that it represents with no luck. It looks like letters formed together but not sure. Any ideas? -- Thanks Randy

PECO stands for Pond's Extract Co. It fit on one of those famous milk glass jars.

Thanks for the information, I really appreciate it. I am always amazed at the knowledge that folks have on this forum. Thanks Randy
